In traditional coaching approaches, the focus is on individual change and development.
In Team Coaching, which is implemented with the ORSC approach, the focus is on the feelings, dreams, roles, responsibilities, and needs of the relationship system created by the individuals - the team. When working with teams, we shift our focus from individuals to the relationship system they create. We know that everyone is right in relationships, but only partially.
By creating a relationship environment of sincerity, openness, courage, respect and deep democracy, teams begin to express themselves without defense and with confidence. With the tools we use, we reveal the team/system to themselves, eliminate toxic communication, create empathy and psychological safety, enable them to determine their conscious intentions and create their own future together.
The aims with team coaching are:
In team coaching, the presence of all team members and the ownership of the team leader are critical success factors.
